Each tablet contains… Azithromycin 250mg USP

• This product is pharmaceutical grade USP. We do not import foreign products, ours come from FDA licensed pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Azithromycin is a semisynthetic broad spectrum antibiotic for treatment against many gram-positive and gram negative microorganisms.
• Dosage… Use one table [250mg] per 10 gal. water.
• Dissolve in small amount of water, add directly into aquarium, pond, or hospital tank.
• Repeat every 24 hrs for 5-6 days, do not exceed 6 days.
• It’s recommended that 1/4 water change be made daily during treatment.
• Due to the large variety of ornamental fish, infection type, and severity, consult an expert for other dosages.
