Each tablet contains… Levofloxacin 500mg. USP

• This product is pharmaceutical grade USP. We do not import foreign products, ours come from FDA licensed pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Levofloxacin is a synthetic broad spectrum antibiotic for treatment against many gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms.
• Dosage. Use one tablet [500mg] per 2 gal water.
• Dissolve crushed tablet in small amount of water, add directly into hospital tank for one hour immersion bath.
• Change water daily after each treatment.
• Repeat every day for 5-7 days, do not exceed 7 days.
• Due to the large variety of ornamental fish, infection type, and severity, consult an expert for other dosages.
